Hi Fiona,
I've just written an introductory exercise for my students who haven't

looked at spreadsheets since last year, or not at all if they are new
to 
the subject. The actual spreadsheet solution is quite simple since I 
focussed on the user documentation and visualising thinking aspect of 
the outcome. I will, of course, in ex 2-4 teach the functions as 
required by the VCAA document IT Applications Software Functions.
