[Year 12 IT Apps] Off-topic: Human edge reports software

Out of interest, is anyone else's school using the reporting software  
by Human Edge? Specifically the web interface?

Our school is using it for the first time, with the web interface.  
The speed is absolutely appalling. With no other users, it takes a  
good 10 seconds for responses (e.g. for a comment box to pop up).  
Today, report-writing day, it is taking about 5 minutes for every  
operation!! (No exaggeration.) I theory there could be 70 staff using  
it at once but I'd say with the current slow operation, only 20-30  
max would have the patience to be using it.  It's almost as if  
there's no software at all, just a human at the other end writing  
things down and typing up responses ;-). Maybe that's what "human  
edge" means!

I am curious to know whether the issue is specific to our setup or  
whether others have the same problem.
