[Year 12 IT Apps] Potts example

A little while ago a list-member asked whether anyone had done the spreadsheet
example in the Potts textbook, the "Point Pleasant Social Service Program".
Attached is a solution worked out by one of my students, Lindsay Adland, with
my own contribution being limited to the coding part of the solution.
