Here goes again...

Hi all.  I have been alerted to an error in the solution to my ITA
U4O1
'Fony Frog' QAT.  The 'Regular Pay' formula was askew.

Attached is an amended copy (version 5) of the solution.

Please delete the previous version 4 - it was still not 100% right!
