[Year 12 IT Apps] Yr 12 ITA - Task 2 - Documentation

could do - but I am not going to make it a requirement as SD doesn't
mention this as you know - like usual if we make the task too intricate
it will take forever - I have already set aside 450 minutes (9 lessons
approx) which although is a lot - it won't be enough I am sure.
