[Year 12 IT Apps] Adding a help option in Excel

Why not! (comment balloons that is...)
Another option which would be simple to do too would be simply make a word file with comments and whatever else in it and provide a link to that file.
If anyone out there can tell me how to change the headings at the top of each column and/or how to create an extra option on the menus, that would
be perfect (plus then how to access the info of course...). I've been wanting to do this for yonks but still dont know how..talk about frustrating!

When I was showing my kids the Comments feature of Excel, one of my brighter students asked if he could use a series of comments for his on-line documentation. What do others think?
