I think you will need an extra table - "Cohort" which simply has two
fields "Age" "Cohort" and the following rows of data
10 Junior
11 Junior
12 Junior
13 Intermediate etc
OR
simply have three rows and put the upper age range into the "Age" field
and include a "less than or equal to Age" in your query.
