[Year 12 IT Apps] Non ITA list content

Hi Kent.  Yes, I guess the OT quotient has been rising lately but it 
never seemed to get to a problematic level.

We should all keep in mind the primary aim of this list and ask 
ourselves whether it's better post our queries to a more appropriate forum.
