The CASES duds also responded to our complaint that they were including apostrophe's in codes which upset many
applications by changing them to hyphens which are almost as bad !!! They are also now allocating cases codes
that contain spaces (@#@$#$%#@) to people with 2 letter surnames which causes even more problems !!!.
O what a bunch of bananas !

Hi Graham,
One of the office staff here has informed me that you can 're-use' the codes. The issue is the 3 characters
and according to our staff CASES has refused to change or fix the problem.
10/10 for CASES!!
Just what we need in the education system- a bunch of retro specialists!

G'day
We have a slightly different problem as a P12 College.
We were to have 1/2 B, a primary compoisite grade (B is the teacher's iniital) and Year 12B, a secondary
class. CASES cannot handle this so 12B became 12P.
I am also led to believe that if you have 12P in 2007 you cannot ever have 12P again. Every class designator
must be unique.
According to our office staff CASES has been informed of these issues and they are being worked upon.
