Please no more at this size - for those of us who access emails at home on the good old Aussie "Broadband" or even God forbid via dial-up - as I need to do when away from home
a.. Post the attachment where we can access it if we want to
b.. Give us detail in the email via the list of the content of the attachment AND its size

Here is an additional approach to physical security that you should discuss with you students! I think sometimes students miss the simplest methods - such as locks on doors and bars on windows.. Well now you can add this method.
(It is the silly season afterall!)
