Re the books, I wasn't too happy with Potts either but it may be the  
best available at this point. And anyway, most kids wouldn't know the  
difference ;-).

I have Mark Kelly's book and can certainly recommend it-- it is  
excellent.   (But no substitute for a text book, just a very good  
complement to one.)
