[Year 12 IT Apps] OT: Reports administration

Does anyone here have the job of looking after the school's reports  
systems, i.e. setting up class descriptions and items for assessment,  
etc etc?

If so I'd like to ask a couple of things, if you'd like to reply to  
me off-list.
