[Year 12 IT Apps] Excel Question Attachment included

Hi David

OOPS forgot attachment in previous.

Attached is an illustration of how to save the date when an order is 
made rather than the current date    =now().

It may be useful for students to view the process with the screen dumps 
provided.

You will notice the current date and time in cell A1.  Cell A3 is a copy 
and paste of cell A1.

In cell A5 you will notice that there is a significant time difference 
in the time.  The data in cells A3 and A5 were copied in the same 
timeframe (except for a few seconds).

I have noticed that the time has stalled in cells A1 and A3.  To 
demonstrate the difference in time I found that if I typed =now() in 
another cell, say F1, the dates in A1 and A3 changed to the current 
time.
