[Year 12 IPM] New VET IT Course Final Details

Hi back
I presume that it means completing enough extra modules to meet the 
requirements of the new Cert III. Unlike previous years the new course 
does not meet the requirements to be awarded the new Cert III. (refer to 
the new endorsed components document for ICA05)
