Hi Therese

I would assume that your existing pay slips would include this information
and therefore comply with the legislation.

Subject: [Year 12 IPM] Time clocks

With the new WorkChoices Time and Attendance Federal Workplace Relations
Regulations commencing on 27th September, all employers are required to
record and keep start, finish time and total hours for all staff paid less
than 55K. This means that most School support staff and teaching staff will
fall into this category. There are fines up to $2,750 per employee for
workplaces that are non-compliant.

I would like to know how schools are handling this issue? Are there schools
that have gone down the path of Time clocks (Like the Flintstones?) and
which ones would they recommend?

regards
