[Year 12 IPM] Cyber Bulling

I would lobby for a suspension. I would reduce their storage quota to about 50 
Mb and put it on a watch list. Further, he/she would would do quite a few 
detentions cleaning the computers and labs.
If the VB scripts were very malicious, I would probably play Perry Como to 
them whilst the cleaning took place!
