[Year 12 IPM] McKinnon is running SoD!

We've been steering IS/SoD candidates into IPM/ITA for ages. 
SoD/Systems has only run (on average) every second year because of low 
numbers.

We did a particularly good crawl and whine to get SoD running with 9 
kids in 07. It should improve in time...
