Agreed Wayne. I do think we lost a significant way of thinking in
the translation from, "Information .. Management" (ipm) however.

Given the circumstances you relate, perhaps it was all we could
do, I agree. And, when enrollments settle down, after the flow-on
effect in education from the dotcom crash, and they will because
technology is here to stay, perhaps we can again look long term?
