Hi
I have just finished putting together a proposal to renew approx 115
machines here at our college. I would prefer to lease so I have been
comparing the extra costs associated with leasing the 100+ machines
through different suppliers and leasing companies. (Not a lot but a few)
Capital and Dell cost approx $40,000 extra over the 3 year period while
Alleasing cost approx $20,000 extra for the same machines over the same
period of time. The supplier I used in the quotes was Commander and the
desktop brands included were Acer and HP.
Hope this is a help

Our current lease is with Capital Finance, and at the time (almost 3 yrs

ago) they were by far the cheapest and very easy to deal with.
Just starting to investigate for the end of lease, so would love to
hear what others have discovered.
