And, whilst in the past exam criteria were published in a bulletin , they are now under each study
"Examination details and assessment criteria for 2006 examinations are now located on under each individual VCE Study. Refer to each study's relevant Assessment Handbook or examination criteria document "  http://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/vce/exams/criteria/index.html

So,
