[Year 12 IPM] Basic Skill list

Would anyone be willing to share a copy of a list of basic/minimum ICT skills a year 7/8 student should have. Be they application based (eg word, ppoint, publisher, email, IE etc) or system (eg copy a file, rename files, how a computer works etc) skills.
