[Year 12 IPM] A little gotcha in ITA U4O1 task 3

Hmmm... interesting point. Will have to consult the oracle about that one!

I know study design's glossary is gospel, but not so sure about the 
Assessment Handbook. It is only "advice" after all.

Maybe I'll be hoist on my own petard.

I'm sure Lady Paula is listening. Any advice?

Is such an implication in the Assessment Handbook to be considered gospel?
