[Year 12 IPM] Setting up an Ubunu LAMP server

Firstly, congratulations to the conference organisers for all their hard
work. It was great to put faces to some of the names, but there were
still a few that eluded me. Maybe next time we should wear a Mickey
Mouse hat or something. 

A lot of speakers were talking about LAMP servers and I came across this
well written HowTo while upgrading one of my desktops. Some of you might
like it.
