  Just reread the question, the goods are not sent out until payment is verified so "invoice" is wrong and receipt is correct.

  a. Identify three personal details that the customer would need to enter
  on the web form

  >From the wording of the question I'd assume credit card details are not
  part of the personal details. So an answer such as title, name, address
  should get the three marks

  I personally like D, but C gives you the option to archive sent as well
  as received emails.
