The wording on this question definitely on the dodgy side
A strict interpretation of the stem indicates that credit card details
are not personal details and hence not acceptable
I hope they are flexible in their answers.

a. Identify three personal details that the customer would need to enter
on the web form
>From the wording of the question I'd assume credit card details are not
part of the personal details. So an answer such as title, name, address
should get the three marks
Any thoughts?

I had difficulty with Q 15
I personally like D, but C gives you the option to archive sent as well
as received emails.
Any thoughts?
