...or an invoice/receipt

The wording on this question definitely on the dodgy side

A strict interpretation of the stem indicates that credit card details
are not personal details and hence not acceptable

I hope they are flexible in their answers.

Further to the discussion on short answer qn 2 - is the output required
mailing labels? or is it a bit more involved than this?

Q2 .. provide their personal details and credit card details via a web
form.
a. Identify three personal details that the customer would need to enter
on the web form

>From the wording of the question I'd assume credit card details are not
part of the personal details. So an answer such as title, name, address
should get the three marks

Any thoughts?

thanks Mark. Your answers have been most helpful.

I had difficulty with Q 15

I personally like D, but C gives you the option to archive sent as well
as received emails.

Any thoughts?
