Thanks Mark - a comment on reasoning for Q20. While I agree it is B and
not D, I don't think that placement of 'establish validation rules' for
D is an issue as it can happen concurrently with tasks 1&2. The main
issue with it is that task 5 could start without task 4 being completed.
B does not have this problem.
