[Year 12 IPM] Open Source Schools

Hi All,
Does anyone know of any schools that have decided to go OpenSource?
I am interested in finding out the associated issues and the solutions
achieved.
I am particularly interested in having a look at schools that have gone
the whole-hog and moved to *gasp* Linux on the desktops.
