[Year 12 IPM] stop motion pro

We had the same network problems. Each frame was saved as a high quality tif image, and we soon ran out of space, even animating at a low speed 12 frames/second.
I had awful problems and ended up having to purchase portable hard drives, so kids had heaps of memory and weren't trying to move things across the network. Also wasn't rapt with the quality of photo captured using our cheapish web cams.
At VITTA conf last year, spoke to the SMP people and it sounded like the new version would overcome a number of issues I had. The SMP people are very helpful and it would be well worth a chat with them.
