[Year 12 IPM] Text books for 2007

I have had two flyers recently for textbooks for the new study design:
 
The first is from Thompson Nelson - they have three books entitled Informati=
on Technology (VCE units 1 & 2) 4th edition, IT Applications (VCE units 3 &=
 4) second edition and Software Development (VCE units 4 & 4).  There is a b=
ox on the back of the flyer where you can tick for sample pages and email up=
dates and also "on approval"copies.  The number you fax it to is 1800 641 82=
3  so I guess if anyone hasn't got this flyer, they can fax a request to tha=
t number.
 
The second is an opportunity to attend a free workshop on the Jacaranda text=
books (these are available for Units 1 & 2 and also IT Applications).  There=
 are three times availble  - Wed 26 July (Camberwell), Tuesday 8th Aug (Scor=
esby) and Thurs 17 Aug (Essendon).  All are after school, starting at 4.30.

667 , email kwats at johnwiley.com.au and they want you to register.  Free copi=
es of the text will be given out, but there is a maximum of 2 per school.

Was just doing some research on the Thomson Learning website and discovered=
 that there new text books are coming out in November of this year. 
 
There saying at least the

Information Technology Applications VCE Units 3 & 4 and the Information Tech=
nology, VCE Units 1 & 2 will be ready


So I hope this info helps and adds yet more to the discussion.
