Hi,

Can I suggest the school pays for each teacher to have a 500 MB or 1 GB USB
Memory stick ($30-$60) and then the teachers ask them to back up their work
on their hard drive to the USB stick. You could then request that only
CURRENT material be stored on the server (with no limit) and then post
monthly or half yearly message requesting them to delete out-dated material.
