Where is the school? I've just returned to teaching after 5 years as a
TSSP with DET and now possess MSP and CISCO wireless certification. I
have also run a number of basic networking trouble-shooting courses for
staff as they often have reoccurring issues and specialised needs with
things such as laptops, digital portfolios and networking. There might
be a good opportunity for VITTA to develop and offer a formalised
training course here....

Subject: [Year 12 IPM] Tech troubleshooting training for teachers

Hi All

Does anyone know where a school can find a person or a firm that offers
training for teachers in basic troubleshooting? A school has little
Technician time and want to assist teachers to manage the basic hardware
when the Tech isn't there.

Responses appreciated

Cheers

Cecilie
