[Year 12 IPM] Proxy avoiding web sites andindividual user accounts

For somewhere around $1500 per year we use Blue Reef (hardware,
Software, full support etc etc) and none of these problems are able to
happen. When I showed this thread to my Tech, he said "That is why we
changed!
I can warmly recommend it to everyone else.
