Yes. I have a strong bias towards purchase as it allows us a much greater
flexibility for local re-engineering and redeployment.
With good "hardware" tech support, I can achieve 20-40 % saving for the same
installed computer functionality with (what I consider) to be small and
acceptable reductions in speed and functionality (e.g. no plasmas yet).
If money is not an issue, then leasing is obviously the easiest way.
