[Year 12 IPM] co-ax cable transfer rates

[Robert Minato]

10Base2 (thin ethernet) and 10Base5 (thick ethernet) both specified as 10
MHz. Hasn¹t been much change to coax but utp cable has had some recent
changes with cat6.
