When I click on to other people's Moodles I often find myself thinking - 
how did they do that? How did they get that block there? ...

Would anyone else be interested in exploring how others have customised 
their Moodle front page? Themes would come into this but I am more 
interested in the use of various blocks and their arrangement on the 
page to increase usability.
