Yes they are starting the process. I received a survey from Thomson Nelson this week asking for input. The do the Potts books at both year 11 and 12.

good point Rob,
does anyone know if they are designing new books for the 2007 curriculum yet?

Hi all,
hmm, it looks like a stalemate to me:
a) No book at all? (Peter Ruwolt's suggestion) - loses the advantage of
the kids having a set text to fall back on (not to be sneezed at)
b) Heinemann? This is our current text and I agree with Debra McDonald -
it doesn't seem to work with our kids either
c) Jacaranda? (Andrew Grimshaw) "i make the kids read it for homework -
it helps them get to sleep!" sounds like a loser to me
d) Potts? I haven't seen it but we have the IT 1&2 version here and if
the IP&M is similar in style and content, it seems to be much of a
muchness with Heinemann.
And then of course, 2006 is stumps for the current curriculum...
thanks anyway
