[Year 12 IPM] Redundancy

Geraldine, data is redundant if it is duplicated or unnecessary. The term
has its genesis in matters to do with relational databases, where for
example telephone numbers repeated in a second or subsequent table would be
unnecessary. The idea is to establish data structures so this does not
happen.
