[Year 12 IPM] IPM Spreadsheet exam questions?

If there *is* a spreadsheet question, there will be a corresponding 
option using databases (since you must use SS/dB for one of the outcomes 
- U4O1, IIRC).

There won't be a spreadsheet-only question since this will disadvantage 
students who used dB for that outcome.

Disclaimer: I'm not speaking for VCAA!  I'm sure Saint Paula will jump 
in if I've misspoken.
