Hello Alex
Judging by the number of responses I received on the topic I think that people would be very interested in solution. I also will look forward to seeing it.

Margaret's original request was for a solution in Excel. Would a solution in Visual Basic .NET be of interest? I have written one which hasn't yet been stumped by any puzzle I've fed into it. I was intending to polish it up a bit (internal documentation) before sending on to Kevork as an IS resource.

	Hi Margaret,

	 I quote from a Google search :

"I don't want to spoil your own efforts in solving SuDoku puzzles, but as
you mention Excel, I'd like to point out a quite remarkable effort by
David Ireland who produced an Excel workbook and VBA code to solve most
	of those: see <http://www.di-mgt.com.au/sudoku.html <http://www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=http://www.di-mgt.com.au/sudoku.html> >. "

Has anyone created a template (in Excel or anything else) for solving 'sudoku' problems? Our maths teacher is keen to have one and I said I would see if one was out there before we had a go at it.
		Thanks in advance.
