HI folks
For what it is worth I think the key is the phrase "suitability of
information" that is in the question. However I agree it does seem a
case of semantics.

Hi all,
I initially thought the same as Mark, but can see that information can
be free from bias, but entirely irrelevant to a particular purpose...
ditto for each other option.
Long bow really and are we interested in such fine semantics - it would
seriously disadvantage some ESL learners?

Agreed, the study design includes 'relevance', but are the other options
not also appropriate to value and suitability of info?
The study design's lists following the word "including" are not always
an exhaustive and prescriptive list of options.
