[Year 12 IPM] Names for new IT units 1 and 2

Hi Paula

 

I have to admit, Option B sounds better than A - nowhere near as dry as
option A! I think you really have to attract the students' attention
with catchy names - our numbers are down for next year and from what I
hear, it's happening all over the place!

Yes, Mark we have not finally resolved the names of these units, but
need to by next Thursday. Some possible titles on the agenda include:

 

Option A

Unit 1: Data management

Unit 2: Information management

 

OR

Option B

Unit 1: Contemporary IT

Unit 2: IT in action.

 

I would be very interested to know of your preferences or of any other
suggestions. Let the voting begin!

units 1 and 2.

 

In an effort to boost IT numbers, I think we should call them:

 

Naked Information Fondling (Unit 1)

 

Paris Hilton Does Data (Unit 2)
