[Year 12 IPM] Off topic request for help

I have received technical help from the list in the past so my techie has asked me to try again and see if someone out there can help him. His question is ---
 
Under NT4, the K-12 kit provided by Microsoft included a software package to allow the import of, from an ASCII file, a large group of new users, eg a new year level.
 
We have not been able to locate the equivalent tool for server 2003
 
Could you please ask your IPM support group if any of them have a copy, a source, or have even heard of it.
 
If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
