[Year 12 IPM] straw poll on student internet access

At our school kids who return a signed user agreement have open (although very filtered) access. Students who don't have the educache sites. Like many school we have a standard amount put in accounts each sememster then students responsibility to top up as needed.

at our school the students only have access to sites on the cache. do other schools allow open access then?
