[Year 12 IPM] Gaia and prepaid vouchers OT

Further to the printing policy our technician has set up our gaia software so that when students run out of 
printer money, they go to the office and buy a voucher with a code on.  So, just like their prepaid mobile 
phone cards, they logon, key in the code on the voucher and it automatically reinstores their balance.  We 
have $1, $2 and $5 vouchers available for purchase and it works really well
