[Year 12 IPM] OT Mac schools Help wanted

Apologies for the off topic post.

I am searching for some advice about schools that use Macs in there
media department as we will be replacing the current media Pc's.

I wanted to see how they ran under load and what types and number of
Mac's you run for video and audio editing as well as Photoshop task's.

I was looking at either emac's or Mac Mini's
