[Year 12 IPM] Gantt / Pert Chart terminology

Does anyone know of a site where I can get clear, easy to understand definitions - preferably with examples - of Gantt / PERT terms such as:

"lag time",    "slack time",     "Float time",     "lead time"

I find the definitions in different texts confusing and inconsistent. Either that or my lack of understanding of the subtleties of Gantt / PERT charts make it seem so.
