[Year 12 IPM] U4O1 part 2

Hi there:

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice regarding Unit 4  
Outcome 1 Task 2 (the user doc, project management part...)

How do people tackle it? Would really appreciate a few pointers!

PS I was sort of mulling an idea over in my head yesterday: where we  
have a set of IPM course notes in powerpoint format for each of the  
key knowledge areas that are free for teachers to use in their  
classes. There could be a blog where teachers can debate about and  
agree upon the final content in the slides. Would be a good way to  
clear up contentious areas.
