[Year 12 IPM] IPM numbers

Hi all
At my school, IT (or ICT) is in dire straits.

This year, there was 1 IPM class (healthy numbers of Year 12s and 11s)
but no Unit 1/2 class.
In an effort to spark interest in IT, I have introduced separate
semester elective subjects of Multimedia and Programming at Year 10.
Next year no IPM class, and so Units 1/2 would run, I had to have a
shared class of Year 10s doing the above subjects with the 3 who
selected Units 1/2.

We are a laptop school and this may be affecting the students choice of
subjects , but it is just as well or I would be out of a job.
