[Year 12 IPM] Combined year 11 and 12 VCE IT classes

A very good workload point Margaret that is easily glossed over by the
school administration.
Any hints about that elusive structure .. is it a constant juggle to do
keep two balls in the air, a hybrid or perhaps two classrooms without a
wall and just one teacher?
