[Year 12 IPM] recruitment online

I've been bounced by a number of staff wanting to know how to work the new
system- they came to me because I was the IT teacher.

I must admit I found the interface of the new recruitment online pages very
unfriendly- non-IT staff found it even more daunting and perplexing. I'm
sure an improved interface could have been and could be developed.
